We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist -
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of specific services or systems, understanding their purpose, dependencies, and impact on the organisation.
- Develop a strategic vision for service improvement, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align service goals with business objectives.
Service Design and Implementation: Work closely with architects and engineers to design and implement services.
Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Coordinate incident response efforts during service disruptions.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize service delivery.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, IT operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience with service ownership, incident management, and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Terraform, Jenkins, and event streaming.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
