Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Manager with expertise in UPS Batteries for a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role demands management of UPS systems, emphasizing both technical acumen and leadership while ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of battery systems.

Qualifications and Skills

  • proven experience of 4 to 6 years managing UPS systems and battery operations effectively
  • demonstrated expertise in battery management practices and preventive maintenance (Mandatory skill)
  • ability to lead, mentor, and manage a technical team towards achieving operational goals

Roles and Responsibilities

  • oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of UPS battery systems, ensuring optimal performance
  • conduct regular preventive maintenance and diagnostics to enhance the longevity and efficiency of systems
  • lead and coordinate a team of technicians to execute service tasks efficiently and safely
  • troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service quality
  • develop and manage technical documentation, service reports, and work schedules
  • ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
  • cultivate relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative working environment
