About the Role\
\

As a Debt Funding Specialist, you will drive the process of raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions, build relationships with lenders, and ensure optimal funding costs.

  • Drive Debt Fundraising: Raising debt capital from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.\
  • Investor & Lender Relations: Building and managing relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.\
  • Structuring & Negotiation: Structuring debt transactions and negotiating loan terms to ensure optimal funding costs.\
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to RBI/NBFC regulations and maintaining compliance with lending frameworks.\
  • Financial Planning & Strategy: Developing funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.\
  • Risk Assessment: Assessing funding risks and mitigating exposure.\

Requirements\

  • \
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.\
  • Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players.\
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is a must.\
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.\
  • Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.\
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.\
