We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Asset Management team in a Senior Analyst//Team Leader//AM//Manager position. With a strong background in asset management, the ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate asset performance versus budget and historical benchmarks
  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the asset management team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to question assumptions and seek clarity
  • Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
  • Experience with Yardi / StarRez is a plus
