Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize our IT asset lifecycle using the ServiceNow platform.

This role involves implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, managing asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, and establishing workflows for asset requests, approvals, deployments, and returns.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow HAM and SAM processes and modules.
  • Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
  • Establish workflows for asset requests, approvals, deployments, and returns.
  • Maintain an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for hardware assets.
  • Develop audit processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Required Skills:
  • Create and manage ITAM/ITOM dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Design process for Global Asset Management aligned with industry framework and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement asset management process & solutions.
  • Monitor and resolve integration issues with other IT systems.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports for hardware and software assets.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on HAM/SAM processes and tools.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Asset Management.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and SAM processes & modules.
