Job Title:

Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across various processes. This individual is responsible for defining inspection standards, supervising quality implementation, and driving continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality standards and criteria for products
  • Monitor process control and drive quality performance improvements
  • Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement 8D reports and follow-up on customer returns
  • Manage customer audits and internal audits to ensure timely issue resolution

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management
  • Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency an asset)
  • Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system
  • Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
