Highly skilled professionals are sought to manage client assets, collaborate with asset management teams and external business partners, and oversee third-party relationships. Key responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, tracking asset performance, managing risk, and coordinating lender reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely monitor and analyze cash flows to track and summarize reporting, prepare analytics, communicate status, process, and asset-level activity to various groups.
  • Onboard new portfolios by summarizing reporting, preparing analytics, communicating status, processing, and asset-level activity to various groups.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team and external business partners to review performance and suggest value enhancements.
  • Coordinate with third parties and internal teams on lender reporting, loan covenants, and credit agreements.
Technology Project Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with technology teams and consultants on high-priority real estate technology implementation initiatives.

  • Perform detailed reviews of chart of account mapping to real estate asset trial balance accounts during technology implementation.
  • Review financial statement reconciliations and resolve mapping discrepancies.
  • Assist in managing third-party workflows and utilizing dynamic portfolio management tools to analyze financial statements and key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Six to eight years of experience in asset management or related fields.
  • Strong accounting knowledge with US GAAP and IFRS expertise.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with a well-developed understanding of key investment performance drivers.
