Job Role Overview
Sales professionals play a vital role in connecting customers with travel experiences that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
This sales position involves interacting with potential clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to negotiate effectively, and have knowledge of popular travel destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms to convert leads into bookings.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customers' travel preferences and tailor-made solutions to meet their needs.
- Present travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up communications and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding monthly performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proficient command of spoken and written English for effective communication with domestic and international clients.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and holiday packages can be an asset.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM tools, email handling).
