Key Role:

The Test Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing end-to-end testing strategies, plans, and executions for core banking implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for FLEXCUBE implementation projects (FCUBS 11.x – 14.x).
  • Lead onsite/offshore testing teams across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and project stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios to validate business requirements.
  • Ensure effective defect management and closure within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT Testing, including at least 6–8 years in core banking testing projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x – 14.x).
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.

Essential Skills:

  • Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing.
  • Automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar) for functional and performance testing.
