Job Opportunity for Automation Testing Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Automation Testing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automation testing and experience with various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test cases using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of automation testing into the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, scripts, and environments.

Requirements:

  • 3-11 years of experience in automation testing with a focus on Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with playwright or Protractor or Jest or Puppeteer or Cypress.
  • Hands-on experience with Jasmine or Mocha or Chai.
  • Experience implementing API and UI Automation using JavaScript as the programming language.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication, and teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Jenkins/Bamboo for continuous integration.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
