Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position that requires strong technical skills and experience in automated testing.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by implementing automated tests, detecting bugs early, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated tests for multiple testing scenarios across various country instances.
  • Ensure continuous alignment with development teams to detect software bugs early.
  • Collaborate with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality goals.
  • Propose process improvements and drive their implementation as part of our continuous improvement strategy.
  • Mastery all required tools and components for assigned tasks.
  • Follow software development best practices and methodologies adopted by the company.
  • Produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Experience with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building Load/Stress Tests using tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark or similar.
  • Experience in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Experience building tests in the context of a microservice/SOA architecture.
  • Experience testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
