Our team of experts provides end-to-end regulatory solutions to ensure global regulatory compliance, leveraging our technology and automation to improve compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead talent acquisition efforts for global roles in the life sciences industry.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure the best talent is sourced.
As a Recruitment Expert for Regulatory Services, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent to support our clients' regulatory affairs operations.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA in human resources or a related field would be a plus.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and data-driven recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
