We are a leading SaaS startup building an AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.
Role OverviewAs an Outbound Cold Calling Expert, you will own the outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of BDRs focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.
- Owning mid-market new revenue targets and ensuring a steady flow of quality SQLs for AEs.
- Leading a team of outbound BDRs - coaching, supporting, and helping them crush their numbers.
- Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and refining the prospecting playbook.
You should have:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with at least 1 year managing a team of BDRs/SDRs.
- Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calls, emails, and messages.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and a willingness to streamline processes.
- A data-driven approach to tracking performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.
