Role Overview:

  • Lead the preparation of financial plans and analyze various expenses to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Lead long-term strategic planning processes.
  • Oversight of reporting processes and ensuring robust internal controls on reporting accuracy;
  • Operational financial controls including revenue growth, expense and margin management, and financial goal tracking
  • Work with business to better understand pipeline and impact on Forecast with support of data analytics;
  • Manage complex financial data
  • Act as a strategic advisor to local directors, providing financial guidance to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modelling and analysis
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align financial planning with commercial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • Should be (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
