Financial Leadership Role

Senior financial analysts play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of an organization. As a senior financial analyst, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, specifically in FICO, Product Costing, and CO-PA. You will manage end-to-end business cycles, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, plan-to-product, and request-to-service. This involves streamlining billing, collections, and revenue recognition, as well as overseeing purchasing, vendor management, and payment cycles.

Key responsibilities include providing business insights through Hyperion, SAP reporting, and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making. You will partner with leadership to evaluate new projects, investments, and product cost structures. Additionally, you will support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Required qualifications and experience include a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 15-20 years of experience in finance/accounting with senior-level or managerial roles, and certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent). Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes is essential. Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis, as well as proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools, are also necessary.
