Role Overview

This position presents a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in financial analysis and stakeholder management.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, providing guidance to senior stakeholders and the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term financial plans, identifying key drivers and trends.
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis: Develop and maintain complex financial models, conducting in-depth analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present high-quality financial reports, including quarterly earnings and board presentations.
  • Performance Management and Improvement: Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.
  • Variance Analysis and Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, provide insightful financial analysis, and support ad-hoc requests from management.
  • Internal Finance Controls and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal finance controls and contribute to enterprise risk management.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with finance teams globally.
  • Lead, manage, and develop team members, supporting their growth and training needs.
  • Participate in weekly operational meetings and monthly SLA meetings.
