Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Manager to lead our organization's financial activities. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for analyzing daily financial operations and providing strategic advice to senior leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Develop and manage budgets, as well as create comprehensive financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Cost Control and Profitability: Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Tax and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Accounting and Audits: Oversee accounting processes, including reconciliations and audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Cost Center Management: Manage and optimize cost centers to minimize expenses.
  • Government Grants Management: Coordinate government grants within the finance scope to maximize funding opportunities.
  • Lead Financial Meetings: Facilitate regular financial meetings with senior leaders to discuss key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance.
  • Deliver Reports and Metrics: Provide timely and actionable financial reports and metrics to senior leaders to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
