Job Opportunity: Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to manage our financial operations.

  • Maintain and update financial records for various companies using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and NetSuite.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement effective financial systems to support business growth.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to resolve any bookkeeping issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
