Chief Financial Officer Candidate

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable department and B2C revenue and AR.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing teams and leading projects. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Owning the complete end-to-end AR/O2C process.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing any billing or payment concerns promptly professionally.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Implementing and enforcing effective credit and collections policies to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Monitoring cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
- KPIs and Performance
- Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports, metrics, and KPIs for management and financial reporting purposes.
- Publishing various dashboards for Management including but not limited to ageing report, old provisioning, revenue, growth, cash flows, etc.
- Candidates must have a CA degree with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setup.
- Candidates with Big 4 experience will be preferred.
- Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is a must.
