About Us

We are developing a customized learning platform to bridge the gap between graduates and employability. Our mission is to build an online university that addresses the deep problem of graduate employability.

Our team consists of experienced professionals from top institutions, with several years of industry experience in companies like Unacademy, Inmobi, Ola, and Microsoft. We are backed by investors like Nexus Venture Partners, RTP Global, and Steadview Capital.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for Growth function, aligning with Product and Marketing teams to deliver go-to-market plans for all business markets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration including experience working with product and revenue operations leaders.
  • Create an environment that supports organizational goals.
  • Implement marketing plans in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between long-term strategic brand-building activities and quick wins.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong experience in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, managing demand generation & the customer acquisition funnel, and performance marketing.
  • Good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign), and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
