A Unified Customer Data Platform Product Manager is responsible for the strategic development and lifecycle of a customer data platform. The goal is to create single customer views for personalized marketing insights by unifying customer data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development process from conception launch often using agile methodologies.
  • Data Activation: Ensure unified customer data is activated accessible to other systems such as marketing automation real-time personalization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review product metrics model performance ensure CDP delivers tangible business value.
  • Stakeholder Management: Gather use cases needs from various business departments inform CDP development optimize its utility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
