Job Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end deployment and management of machine learning models on cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and software engineering, with experience working with popular tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
  • Develop and manage model registries, feature stores, and observability solutions using MLflow, Feast, or Prometheus/Grafana.
  • Implement data pipelines using Airflow, Spark, or SQL to support real-time analytics and decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new learnings into existing workflows.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with real-time machine learning serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference would be beneficial in this role.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working with machine learning operations and data science.
  • Proficient in Python programming language and popular machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
