Job Title: Chief Digital Learning Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our organization's digital transformation by spearheading the development and implementation of comprehensive digital training & development programs.

The successful candidate will drive strategic vision, oversee process training programs for new and existing employees, and champion the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic digital learning strategy aligned with our business goals.
  • Promote the use of digital learning platforms to enhance employee skills and performance.
Program Design:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across the workforce.
  • Create innovative digital learning content and programs that meet organizational needs.
Tech Management & Innovation:
  • Evaluate and select digital learning platforms to support our business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in digital learning.
Process Training:
  • Design an effective training strategy and facilitate program delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Attributes & Attitude:
  • Demonstrated experience in developing large-scale digital learning strategies.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Business
  • No less than 15 years of experience in a BPO company and 5 years of experience managing digital transformation.
