About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP Success Factors, specifically Employee Central and Compensation Module. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for handling HR tools, analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing, and more.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
  • A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in handling HR tools, including analysis, system enhancements, coordination, and user testing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/Compensation Module.
Benefits:

Candidates must have at least one SF Compensation End-to-end implementation or Support Project experience. A strong hold on MS Excel is preferable. Additionally, HR knowledge, analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, and understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global Organizations are essential.
