- Professionally or Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module
- 5 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience
- 8 years of experience in HR HCM projects
- Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies data and reporting
- Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs
- Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design
- Configuration workbook giving Proof of Concepts Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design
- Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations

**Primary skills**:

- Experience and knowledge of Employee Central EC including implementation strategies data and reporting
- Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs

**Secondary skills**:

- Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
