JOB TITLE: SAP HR Tester

Project:
Client is currently seeking a Tester for SAP HR system for CORE Enhancements

Job Duties:

- Excellent understanding of business processes in HCM and experience in

Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time and Payroll

modules
- Excellent proficiency in BIB integration process from SuccessFactors to SAP HR

S/4 Hana system.
- 3years of experience in testing SAP HR OM and PA
- Test Data Creation in SuccessFactors, testing documentation and execution

for a system that has global configuration.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and project team to identify

business scenario, data set preparation, test script creation in HP-ALM and

test execution.
- Work with SAP SF Employee Central Consultant, SAP HR Configurator ,

Business Stakeholders and Quality Assurance team to conduct functional

testing.

Mandatory Skills:

- SAP HR OM/PA testing, at least 6+ years.
- SAP HR Global Assignment testing, at least 1year
- SAP BIB Configuration, at least 1year of full implementation
- Excellent experience on Data Analysis in Excel

Desired/Nice to Have Skills:

- HPALM
- LSMW
- SAP HR OM/PA Certification
- SAP SF Employee Central

TOP 3 Must Have's

1. 3 years of SAP HR OM & PA Project

2. 1 year of SAP Global Assignment testing experience

3. 1 years of SAP HR BIB replication experience
