Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Suppliers: Identify and evaluate vendors for project needs with preference for ELV system OEMs.
  • Negotiating Contracts: Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals and generate accurate POs aligned with project requirements.
  • Tracking Orders: Monitor deliveries, track shipments and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards and project deadlines.
  • Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, good communication skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
