About the Position:

This role involves supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources duties and collaborating with the organization on strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to maintain and enhance our organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for recruiting and onboard new hires, ensuring seamless integration into our team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance management and provide constructive feedback to employees, driving growth and development.
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: Manage payroll and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • T&D Experience: Possesses experience of Training and Development at ground level in any Engineering/Automotive/Steel industry.
  • Plant and Corporate HR: Handles overall plant and corporate HR, including liaisoning with local departments and Factory act compliance.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record of success.

  • Strong workforce recruiting, retention, development, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
