Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development processes to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to employees on various matters, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization adheres to relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans.
- Training and Development: Support the identification of training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to implement programs for employees.
- Engagement Initiatives: Drive initiatives to foster a motivated and engaged workforce within the organization.
