We are seeking a talented Human Capital Strategist to lead our organization's people operations, encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
  • End-to-end recruitment: writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to boost morale and retention.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
  • Generate HR reports on hiring, attrition, engagement, and workforce analytics for management.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They should have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and experience in designing effective engagement initiatives.

Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics is essential. The candidate will work in Pacific Time hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
