Offensive Security Consultant

We're seeking a seasoned Offensive Security Consultant to lead our engagements in offensive security, cloud security, and penetration testing. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver projects for top enterprises worldwide.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading consultative, offensive security, and cloud security engagements as a thought-leader in the eyes of clients and your teammates.
  • Solutioning and scoping engagements for our clients, including penetration tests, consultative engagements, cloud security projects, and more.
  • Overseeing the delivery of multiple engagements in parallel to ensure junior members can deliver and exceed client expectations.
  • Executing internal strategic initiatives to help our practice grow, adapt, and evolve.
  • Managing junior members by conducting one-on-ones, providing feedback and coaching, and supporting their career growth.

Essential Traits:
Cybersecurity Expertise: 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in penetration testing, cloud security, or red teaming.
Methodology Knowledge: Strong understanding of offensive security methodology and vulnerability frameworks such as OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, PTES, or others.
Analysis and Recommendations: Ability to analyze root causes and deliver technological recommendations to clients.
Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in information security, computer science, engineering, software engineering, IT/System/Network administration, or related field.
Soft Skills: Deep understanding of penetration testing, cloud security, or red teaming; ability to build and cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues; proven ability to lead and deliver assessments without a playbook; and demonstrated ability to manage and coach a team.
