Business Value Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an analytical professional with 10 years of experience to join our Business Value Services team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about cybersecurity and interested in helping organizations maximize the value of their technology investments.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges, identify risks, and recommend strategies that enhance cybersecurity posture and overall business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Consult and collaborate with prospects, customers, and internal teams to identify business objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement related to cybersecurity and risk management.
  2. Conduct financial value analysis to evaluate cybersecurity risks and measure the business impact of potential security enhancements.
  3. Assist in developing business cases and value-driven proposals for cybersecurity initiatives and technology investments.
  4. Participate in the creation of presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  6. Support the BVS team in executing workshops, assessments, and stakeholder interviews to gather critical insights.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying innovative approaches to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
  • 8-10 years' experience in Vendor-side cybersecurity and/or value management.
  • MBA or undergraduate degree in Business administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or coursework experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, or business analysis.
  • Basic familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies.
  • Understanding of financial modeling or ROI analysis for technology investments.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Cybersecurity Analyst (CYSA+), or equivalent.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
