Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will play a pivotal role in driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization and contribute to its success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) for financial models and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Develop financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Support board reporting, investor presentations, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA).
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience working in high-growth or tech-driven environments is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
