Strategic FP&A Leader

Drive financial performance and growth as a seasoned Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Partner with business leaders to inform data-driven decisions, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to align financial plans with business strategies.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Present financial dashboards, variance analysis, and management reports to leadership.
  • Implement automation and efficiency in FP&A processes using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Anaplan.
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • CA designation required.
  • 6-8 years of relevant FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance experience.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
