Key Roles of a Financial Planning Analyst:

The primary responsibility of this position is to work closely with the Chief Financial Officer's transformation team to enhance finance processes, improve forecasting accuracy and bolster corporate governance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business organizations, Entity and Regional Controllers, to implement process improvements and automation.
  • Support Finance Transformation projects, including system implementations and development of process documentation and training materials.
  • Analyze complex financial data and build practical recommendations for improving financial processes.
  • Act to resolve issues that hinder the team from working effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or relevant military experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing projects and process improvements within the FP&A cycle, with 2+ years of experience with Finance Transformation related experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle with expertise in Planning and Execution of User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and manage and implement new processes.
