A leading financial services company is seeking a Lead Senior Associate FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic support to drive decision-making within the organization. You will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis processes, collaborating closely with business units to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Your expertise in financial modeling and analysis will be essential as you assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. As a Lead Senior Associate FP&A, you will play a key role in enhancing financial processes and tools, ultimately contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and relevance of financial data.
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders regarding budget variances and trends.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, including scenario analysis and what-if modeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and track business performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within FP&A functions and implement best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates in the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, with a strong focus on financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
