FP&A Wealth Leader

The role of the FP&A Wealth leader involves heading a high-performing team for Wealth & Retail Banking. As a strategic partner, you will oversee end-to-end FP&A activities including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and steer strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement industry best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all FP&A processes.
  • Build and lead a future-ready finance team with a strong focus on capability development and employee engagement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analytics within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to align financial insights with business strategy and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional finance teams across geographies.
  • High proficiency in data interpretation, scenario analysis, and driving actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
