Job Title: FP&A Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Analyst to play a key part in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Provide analytical support to business leaders, translating financial results into meaningful insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions, pricing analysis, and scenario planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An advanced degree or certification is required, e.g., MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
