Job Overview

The Admissions Manager will lead and manage a team of admissions professionals to ensure seamless execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions. The role demands strong people management, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of admissions professionals, ensuring achievement of departmental targets.
  • Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
  • Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
