Fractional HR professionals play a pivotal role in helping e-commerce startups scale their workforce while maintaining agility.

The ideal candidate will possess 7-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. A postgraduate degree in HR or a related field is essential. The professional should be well-versed in Indian labor laws and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with startup growth
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Set up performance management systems, including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles
  • Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements
  • Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility

This is a part-time/consulting role, requiring a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

A competitive salary will be offered based on experience.
