Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Workday payroll specialist to join our global team. This role involves designing and delivering people-first solutions that simplify workforce management for organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday HCM and payroll modules
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Workday tools and functionalities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs
  • Design and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer support and ensure timely issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT industry with a focus on enterprise applications
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale projects and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills in Workday HCM and payroll modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
