Employee Benefits Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end employee benefits processes.

This role involves administering meals and fuel card programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies related to benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage National Pension Scheme (NPS) enrollments, advances, reimbursements, health and insurance enrollments and claims, vendor invoicing, and meal and fuel card programs.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, conduct monthly employee meetings, and manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Administer meal and fuel card programs for employees.
  • Validation of benefits deductions and familiarity with payroll processing and cutoff dates.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and benefits vendors.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in Employee Benefits administration.
  • Native-level proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong personality with excellent communication skills.
