Who we are Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer more productive and more profitable For the first time ever safety operations and finance teams can manage their drivers vehicles equipment and fleet related spend in a single system Combined with industry leading AI the Motive platform gives you complete visibility and control and significantly reduces manual workloads by automating and simplifying tasks Motive serves more than 100 000 customers - from Fortune 500 enterprises to small businesses - across a wide range of industries including transportation and logistics construction energy field service manufacturing agriculture food and beverage retail and the public sector Visit to learn more About the role We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our Benefits team to help us stand-up a world-class benefits function to attract reward and retain top talent You ll play a pivotal role in the continued evolution of our total rewards philosophy and strategy You ll serve as a key player of the Benefits team and interact regularly with our team members HR business partners recruiting and finance teams We ll need you to have a mix of working in entrepreneurial and hyper growth settings If you thrive in a fast-paced constantly changing environment with a knack for getting things done - then this opportunity is perfect for you You will Serve as the company s primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees Field employee benefit inquiries and escalations with vendors Assist in annual plan renewal administration needs Coordinate enrollments and terminations for our insurance policies Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits new hire orientations offboarding and general inquiries Maintain an in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements Ensure solid backend benefits management hygiene plan and employee records management as well as ensuring we meet timely compliance reporting requirements Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in a benefits-related or HR Operations role Strong customer service skills to assist our employees and ability to respond to all communications effective and in a timely manner Strong analytical and problem solving skills Hungry to try new and creative approaches We don t want traditional solutions unless they happen to be the best ones You know all the latest solutions and have a POV of their value Must be able to travel to office at least once a week to Bangalore office Must be able to work between the hours of 10 30 AM - 07 30 PM IST subject to further overlap with North American timezone Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive s core values We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds experiences abilities and perspectives Please review our Candidate Privacy Notice UK Candidate Privacy Notice The applicant must be authorized to receive and access those commodities and technologies controlled under U S Export Administration Regulations It is Motive s policy to require that employees be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology LI-Remote
