Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on configuration and administration of benefits systems.
  • Led multiple open enrollment cycles and supported life events.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canada benefits systems, legislation, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with ACA compliance, HIPAA considerations, and COBRA administration.
  • Report creation, data extraction, and validation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Understanding of security roles and permissions.
  • Familiarity with integrations between Workday and external providers or payroll systems.
  • Ability to assess updates, adopt new features, and document solutions using ticketing systems.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Benefits modules, with Workday HCM/Benefits certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (advanced degree preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Core HCM and benefits plus hands-on experience in at least one of the following: advanced compensation, absence, learning, recruiting, talent & performance, time tracking, or payroll (U.S. / Canada).
