Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our team with the expectation to work onsite from Day 1 (4 days/week) . The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM , with strong functional and technical understanding of core HCM processes, configuration, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations , data integrity, and reporting
  • Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards
  • Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Workday HCM experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)
  • Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environments
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Workday Extend
  • Knowledge of Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting modules
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio and integration frameworks
  • Workday certification(s) are a must
