This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Performance and Commercial Excellence Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our global strategy by implementing and monitoring the Regional/Vertical Internal Field Steering (IFS) framework, analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement, conducting audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms, and collaborating with Sales, Solution Design, and Commercial Pricing teams to protect commercial performance.

  • Implement and monitor the IFS framework to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Conduct audits of customer contracts to ensure compliance with commercial terms and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect commercial performance and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in recruitment, operational excellence, business analysis, or a similar role within a global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • A solid understanding of commercial contracts, pricing structures, and their impact on business performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
