About the Role

This is a dynamic position where you will play a pivotal role in helping candidates develop and refine their data analysis skills. Your primary responsibility will be to train and prepare candidates for competitive technical interviews in analytics and data science.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to break down complex data insights into clear, actionable narratives. Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is essential.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and documenting candidates' data-related projects thoroughly
  • Conducting discovery calls to assess technical and analytical understanding
  • Creating concise, story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies
  • Preparing candidates for confident, structured project walkthroughs

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Conduct analytics-focused Q&A coaching and pre-interview readiness sessions
  • Share customized interview strategies and data project documentation
  • Assist during mock interviews with real-time analytical guidance
  • Maintain up-to-date question banks and relevant project insights

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, etc.)
  • Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and business analytics
  • Strong verbal communication and mentoring abilities
  • Capable of simplifying complex data insights into clear business-ready narratives
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Prior experience in interview coaching is a plus (not mandatory)
