About This Opportunity:

We're looking for a seasoned Java Trainer to lead our training initiatives. As a Java Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging live classes to educate learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and related frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality live classes to train learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Frameworks.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment to facilitate personalized blended learning experiences and achieve desired skill outcomes.
  • Evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Mentor learners during support sessions, projects, and assessments.
  • Develop, validate, and implement relevant learning content, curriculum, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with various teams to plan schedules, track learner progress, evaluate academic performance, and manage learning platforms.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST.
  • Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above.
  • Strong knowledge of Webserver/Application Server usage.
  • Excellent analytical or problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Bonus Advantage: Familiarity with Liferay, Omnicom.
  • In-depth expertise in the Java technology stack (Core Java, Advance Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Webservices).
  • Good understanding of Database (SQL) principles.
