Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled automation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance. They should be well-versed in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms. Additionally, the candidate should have strong knowledge of pharma validation processes, data integrity, GxP requirements, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs on industrial automation, validation, and regulatory compliance for professionals across multiple industries.
  • Provide instruction on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems, including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and other automation platforms.
  • Conduct training on pharma validation processes, including equipment qualification, process validation, and compliance with global regulatory guidelines.
  • Train on data integrity, GxP requirements, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
  • Deliver practical sessions on system integration, troubleshooting, optimization, and lifecycle management of automation systems.
  • Develop training material, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices, preparing them for real-world challenges.
  • Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and incorporate them into training modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Industrial Automation Tools: PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS (Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens).
  • Validation Expertise: Pharma validation, equipment qualification, process validation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: FDA, EMA, cGMP, GAMP5, data integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Automation integration, troubleshooting, instrumentation, optimization.
  • Industries Exposure: Multiple industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and automotive.
