We are looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at BiteSpeed, a Sequoia-backed SaaS startup revolutionizing the ecommerce industry. As an Ecommerce Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Salary and Location

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as generous equity (ESOP) to all team members. Our hybrid work model allows for flexibility and work-life balance.

Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Talking to e-commerce business owners globally to understand their problems and showcase how our product improves their lives.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales funnel, from generating leads to converting them over product demos and securing revenue.
  • Writing creative cold emails/LinkedIn messages that break through the noise and effectively engage customers.
  • Playing the role of a trusted product advisor during sales demos to demonstrate the value of our product.
  • Collecting customer feedback and feeding it into our product development process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume sales at an SMB SaaS startup.
  • A proven track record of selling complex solutions to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in conversations with people and a passion for sales.
